The property was connected to other properties, making it easy to move around the without having to drive to other locations. What I didn't like was the confusion and not easy to navigate for first time visitors. Did no know where to check in and which lane to use in the parking garage to pull up at check in and Bell Hop. Parking garage was confusing. Finding the front desk to check in at Delano was confusing and no signage to direct you to it. Ended up walking through the whole casino before learning where the check in desk was and where the front entrance was to the Delano. Staff did not give clear directions on how the parking garage worked with the room key card. Ended up paying for the first time parking, before we were told the room key worked to give us access in and out of the parking garage.

Not close to the strip. Upscale Hotel just too upscale. When I checked out the clerk asked me if I had coffee because I was charged for having coffee in my room in fact, I did not. She removed the charge but said there's alarms on the items in the room. I in fact ordered room service for dinner and they sent cups and ice with my beverage. I did not have any coffee the alarms on cups are weird to me makes me feel like there's cameras in the rooms and maybe we're being watched. I felt uncomfortable after that.

Great hotel. Convenient location to Allegiant and Mandalay Bay. A great cirque du soleil show right next door. Some great dining options at Mandalay Bay. Convenient transportation to and from airport by taxi. Convenient tram to Excalibur and walking possibilities from there to rest of strip. Awesome room with comfy king bed in bedroom and comfortable living room with 1 1/2 baths. Fairly quiet and away from smoke, gambling and noise from other hotels. Only downside is only cafe at Delano is crowded and overpriced and no complimentary coffee in room - have to be careful not to touch tray or mini bar. Does have nice keurig machine so can bring own k cups, mugs and creamers or purchase at pharmacy. Would be good to have some of that stocked complimentary in room but otherwise awesome experience, great location and a hotel where we would definitely return,

The place was beautiful but we had to check in at night so it was kind of tough trying to find our room. Instructions for check in should be more clear.

Showed up at 3pm for checking in. The room was not ready. I was told to buy an updgrade to better room that was ready or wait 2 hours until my room was supposed to be ready. After disagreeing finally got in at 4pm. Being charged for $16 for coffee and $20 for a bottle of water that was in the room NOT in minibar was a major RIPOFF. WILL NEVER AGAIN SET FOOT IN ANY OF MGM RESORTS - RIPOFF !!!!
