I was quite disappointed with my experience. I booked a room in advance, and upon arrival, I was informed that the only available option was a room with a parking lot view. After flying all the way to Vegas and spending a significant amount of money on my stay, I expected much better. Despite the high rates, I was placed on the fourth floor with a view of a parking lot, which was not what I anticipated. I was told that all rooms are priced the same, but due to prior bookings, they couldn’t accommodate me in a higher-floor room. This felt unfair and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe the hotel should do better in managing reservations and accommodating guests.

The one bedroom suite was very nice and the property connects to the Malll adjacent to Planet Hollywood. The room had an incredible view of the Sphere and check-in was a breeze! Problem was, despite leaving the “please make up room” from 11AM to 4PM every day, they never cleaned the room or removed trash! After calling twice they finally removed the trash. And after another call we received fresh towels. There is no restaurant/room service onsite, although there are plenty of dining options in the adjacent mall.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. We had a nice view of The Sphere from our room on the 20th floor.

Nice space, old furniture.
Very nice space, location, service and cleanliness... however chairs, couch and sofa bed are old and were not as comfortable. No smart tv... they offer dvd rentals. The microwave and ice maker in the fridge also had some failures.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking attendants were very diffucult. The card key was not working and they were being very difficult, totally not necessary.

Loved the service and professionalism of ALL employees at The Elara in Las Vegas. Also loved the convenience of walking to EVERYWHERE on the Las Vegas strip, and shopping opportunities, along with various dining optiona! All in all, a WONDERFUL experience!

Our room was across parking garage and construction site and we could hear noise in earlier morning. We waited at front desk for 30 mins to check in because the front desk was trying to get us another room but she couldn't figure it. It was very disappointing.
