Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Vegas, this was the definitely the best. The only downside to this beautiful place is that the sofabed is terrible. Yes it is a "typical" sofabed, and yes they did try to make it better by adding a second mattress. But I would say that if you book a junior suite it should be for only two people sharing the very comfortable bed - not three like us. Otherwise, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Gym, laundry, coffee maker, kitchenette, friendly staff, clean, great views and you don't have to walk through a smoke filled casino to get to it, but you don't have to walk very far to find that casino either.

Everything was broken
First look our room was nice, very spacious. Then we noticed a lot that was wrong. Our projector didn’t work, the soundbar to the tv and projector didn’t work, we called front desk and they sent 3 an engineers to our room to fix it at 11pm, they took 2 hours to fix it and had to leave because their shift was ending. They didn’t even fix it ! They told me to call the next morning. The ice maker in the fridge did not work at all. The water from the fridge was not filtered and tasted disgusting. The dishwasher was constantly beeping after accidentally pushing a button, it did not have a cancel button or stop button. The queen pull out bed was uncomfortable and lop sided. There did not provide extra comforters for this only a mattress pad and sheet. Very unsatisfied, I thought we would be able to use all the accommodations of the room but was not able to.

The Elara a good option to stay central in the LV Strip. All the staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early. We were located in the 15th floor and the room was showing signs of wear and being dated. The king one bedroom is very spacious. The most aggravating part of the property is the parking garage and escalators not working to get you to the correct floor. There are green lights to indicate open spaces, but just kidding most don’t work! So then you drive in circles for 20 minutes trying to park. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Parking was easy. The location is so convenient..Located close to the middle of the strip, it's easy to get to all the places we wanted to walk to. The room was spacious and clean. The service was good. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned daily, but they came once during our 4-night stay. We asked for fresh towels and they came right away though.

Clean and modern property. Our room had a great view of the Vegas and the Sphere. There was projector in the room that we used for a movie night. The kitchen in the room was very convenient. Shops and dining options in miracle Mile are good. Lot of attractions are within walking distance. Only issue for us was the 10am check out. Which is a bit early compared to other places we have stayed.

The Elara offers great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Las Vegas may not seem a likely destination for a relaxing getaway but this hotel/resort offers just that. Close enough to everything but its off the strip so we can make a quick exit from all the noise. That being said, the couches, carpets and other hotel furnishings are overdue for an update::))

Pool was drained which was very disappointing. Beds were pretty hard and there is no room service. We had sick kids while there and i couldnt get anything delivered to my room
