The shampoo and body wash was empty and never filled. There was only one shown glass so the floor was soaked every time you showered. Pillows were horrible. The adult pool is completely gone and under construction, there was nothing said about it being closed

Room was old. Hotel tried to sell us an upgrade for $20 per night to a newer room. We were never there so we turned it down. Hotel was crowded ( most hotels on the Vegas strip are). Location was good. Room was quiet. Not much more to say.

First room had bugs crawling on the bed with no sheets, shower curtain, shampoo or body wash. The second room was a little better but for a recently remodeled it wasnt finished. If you need any help and call guest services they send you down stairs to the main desk which is so busy you have to wait in line for about 45 mins for anything. Honestly the worst hotel stay by far. The only pool opened was the family which wasnt stated when booking this stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, central on the strip.
Great hotel, rooms are comfortable and big. Situated centrally on the strip, perfect for anyone. Only minor things are that the main pool was closed for renovation (fall 2024) and if you are at the end of the corridor on the Habitat tower you'll have to walk a lot from the elevators to your door.

Our room was missing toiletries, the entire wall was cracked, our bathroom door handle was almost coming off. We stayed here for our anniversary. There were a couple fighting nonstop in the room next to us that I worried for their safety. I called security. I asked that we could be moved even just to an extra room away so we didn’t have to have the wall banging and yelling constantly. They told us they had nothing. The couple continued to fight that morning. The pools were being renovated so there was just one pool for all guests. It was impossible to find a spot to sit, even on pavement at certain times of the day. The hotel keys would only randomly work in elevators. (Not just us, other people staying at the property made it a joke that we were playing elevator roulette if it would work) Next trip we will save a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Sheets were dirty when we checked in. Called housekeeping so sheets could be changed. Had to call multiple times to get an ETA and each time they said they would place it as "urgent". SIX HOURS later, sheets were still not changed. Went to front desk to ask and their only solution was to change my room. No apology or sense of empathy. 2nd room was worse, sheets were still stained and there was no fridge or shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. Did not want to keep dealing with issues and horrible service. Called in for a shower curtain and they claimed that it was not part of my reservation. What??? That is a basic requirement. Heard multiple people in casino and elevators stating similar problems. Horrible experience and would NEVER return.
