The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less. The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

I said not to cancel my reservation due to non refundable cancellations! I needed a physical card per manager so I went to get one and I came back and my reservation was canceled and I was out of a room for my daughter and I. Since $140 was gone since she canceled my reservation when I said not to.

I liked the convenience of being able to easily access many parts of the strip. The only thing my husband and I did not like was the strong cigarette smell throughout the lobby and casino area. Other than that, the room was clean and did not have any cigarette smell.

Always pleasure to stay at Harras, super convenient, heart of the strip. The only negative experience was a receptionist who clearly didn’t want to do his job that day and was super rude.

Hotel hidden in the back, hard to get to and find, seemed so sketchy. Very expensive room with quite a lot of hidden fees. Parking being just one. Walking into the building felt like walking into an ash tray. Room was small with none of the common amenities i.e. fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Neighbors were obnoxious to say the least, not that we spent much time in our room other than to sleep but when we tried to screaming, music blaring and loud voices were just the least of our issue. Not the hotel's problem but it did take 7 attempts to get someone to help us get some quiet. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning to Harrahs . Curb assist were great people, freindly and so helpful. ,microwave.
