The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less. The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Overall, a great location on the strip. The room was more the issue. Mountain View but got rooftop view. Bathroom could use some maintenance and in dept cleaning of the vents. The shower is partial allowing water to easily leave the stall. Toilet flushes were loud. Rooms should be equipped with a refrigerator considering it's hot out. The floor was quiet. House keeping came by 2x to confirm if needed. Why come by if I selected yes at check in?
