well.... the toilet seat was so crooked, off to the left, and slid every time it was used. the plug outlet to the right of the bureau, just under the tv was not working, and the small refrigerator was NOT cold at all. plus, we were charged the mini bar fee of 50.00 four out of the five day stay....never used the mini bar!! employee at the front desk said the mini bars are "touch sensitive"...REALLY? jan

Naughty but nice
The room and bathroom areas were very clean. One of our bath towels should have been demoted to a cleaning rag a year ago. One of our bedside lamps had an annoying flicker. Once we understood the need to use a room key on the elevator we appreciated the security that provided. The toll machine was malfunctioning leaving the garage. This created an anxious backup and my veteran level Genting card did not work. I was forced to pay $54 to get out and relieve the backup we were creating.

It bothered me that all the pools except a small uncharming one were closed and thar there was no concierge. The check in lines seemed always full so questions could not be addressed there. The room was enjoyable and the property is nice. One employee af the end that helped me with my checkout was exceptional and left me with an excellent impression of the staff
