It was a great stay overall - finding rideshare was dedicated (although took us a minute to find it in the start, only to realize the signage is very clear from the lobby). The staff were always kind and the properly looked well maintained and even though we didn’t play the slots or games our entire stay, the place looked very lively. There were so many other things - pool, spa and stores that kept us entertained.

Overall was an ok experience staying here The parking gave me some trouble I had paid for my both days of parking at front desk And got stuck on my way out 2 different times had to pay at gate both days to be let out of parking garage even when i had brought it to the attention of the staff i haven't been credited for my payment

I love staying with you guys, but you have GOT TO fix the damn toilets. Twice now I’ve reattached the chain in the tank just for it to need to be reattached again. It was fixed with a clothespin - please fix it properly. I’m sure many Shriners are annoyed by the toilet not flushing, not the best thing to occur on vacation! Otherwise very happy and will for sure return, but please fix the toilet chains guys.

New, spacious and luxurious hotel. So many options to enjoy your stay - casino, pool, bars and restaurants. Alle on 66 is amazing lounge with balcony with a view of Las Vegas Strip. Byredo toiletries smell amazingly. Polite staff, very clean and pleasant hotel.

couldn't get the requested bed size and the shower door was broken... don't pick anything up off the mini bar even just to read it...you will get charged. spent an hour disputing the charge. front desk check in was not welcoming at all no explanation of the hotel services or amenities. check out was just a little better they did finally help with the disputed charge.
