I would never stay at the MGM Grand again. The building renovations started at 7 AM, and the noise was so horrible that we woke up very early. On top of that, they turned off our hot water due to the remodeling. We called the front desk for assistance, but the male staff member we spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. He suggested we run the water for a while—did he not think we had already tried that? The hot water had been fine the night before, so we knew it was an issue caused by the renovations. We had to leave at 11 AM, but by 10:30 AM, no solution had been provided. Someone finally came to our room and confirmed that they had turned off the hot water pipes. We couldn’t even take a shower before leaving. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and it’s clear the front desk staff are not well-trained to handle guest concerns. I plan to file a formal complaint and will not return to this hotel.

Excellent Stay
Great trip. I love that I could check in and check out using the MGM app. I didn't have to wait in line at the front desk, was able to use a kiosk to get physical keys and I was up in my room in no time. Housekeeping did a great job and the room was very comfortable.
