Room had a bad smell was like cheap motel Toiletries was cheap check in and out was long time consuming housekeeping staff was great interior of hotel was great good location won't recommend spend a little extra and go to Bellagio or Wynn

Tv in room kept loosing pictures. Only cleaned and refreshed towels 3 times out of 6 days. Very expensive to eat in the hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at MGM. The rooms window in both rooms had cracks in the corner which caused a whistling noise all night due to the wind rushing through. I also think when you are paying hundreds of dollars for a room, there should be complementary coffee in the room to make yourself. And also to charge for using the refrigerator that costs the hotel no money is ridiculous. Offering a few perks would be beneficial for your business.
