Overall, the hotel is find but a little dated. The thermostat in our room did not work properly and we were not able to control the temperature. One night the termperature dropped to 60 deg and it never went above 68 deg..

I didn’t like that the staff was very rude, there was no microwave in the rooms and it should have been because the room was very expensive. There was nothing complimentary. The parking was a joke. Constantly got lost and confused on parking. There was no view from the room we stayed in. It was horrible

Usually a good stay, but for some reason on this trip, housekeeping was extremely aggressive...we were woken up THREE times on a morning when there was clearly a do no disturb sign on the door. Then woken up a FOURTH time to ask when they could come back. That is ridiculous!
