First, we got put in a separate building, "Delano", so we aren't in the main building. Debris under the mattress. Ratty, torn sheets with a thin, white blanket for a "comforter" that should have been thrown out. Used condom wrapper top discarded RIGHT beside the bed. Is ANYONE checking these rooms? Christ. If the maid service isn't even picking up obvious trash like that, then the gross, worn carpet is definitely not being vacuumed or washed. ORKIN trucks parked RIGHT in customer parking for all to see? Not a great sign either. Needless to say I slept with one eye open and did not get a good night's sleep. Who the hell lets ORKIN park in CUSTOMER PARKING? This isn't rocket science guys. Oh, and the mobile check in app does NOT work. Had to go downstairs and get a key made up and go all the way back to the room. Won't be staying here again.

It would be nice if there was a lounge for customers to utilize for the time between checkout and leaving for the airport. Retrauntant staff at Hazels were very rude.

Was decent. Plumbing in room was very noisy and shower backed up each day. Compensated with a $25 coupon, yet rate was very expensive over the weekend. Every word spoken in the hallway was heard especially the housekeeping staff. Staff at the morning resto was extremely rude. Some basic hospitality training is needed there.

We did an upgrade on the room. It was very nice beautiful view. The casino was great. All the staff was friendly and everything was clean. The only negative that I had on the whole trip was the steakhouse strip steak. I planned a really nice evening from my wife’s birthday And everything looked nice in there. The food was horrible quality Mandalay bay really should try to get a more upscale restaurant.
