Was not informed that the pool was for over 21 only, this hotel is not family friendly, great location for the strip lovely hotel would have also been nice to have a coffee/tea making machine in the room, would not recommend this hotel for families.

I'm going to give this a day to see how it shakes out. But I see three separate charges for the resort fee on my card right now. I thought I paid when I checked in (and the kiosk check in didn't work twice, so I had to wait and have someone help me in person. When I checked out via text concierge today they said I still had a fee so I approved it Right now there are three $150-ish fees on there. I will follow to make sure I am only charged one. But I am not thrilled with them showing all as pending right now.

Only thing I didn't like is they offered me an upgrade and gave me an amount it would be I agreed and then they took it back. Wanted to charged me double of the amount on a different floor. That was very disappointed since it was my birthday.
