Was not informed that the pool was for over 21 only, this hotel is not family friendly, great location for the strip lovely hotel would have also been nice to have a coffee/tea making machine in the room, would not recommend this hotel for families.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The showers had lots of pressure and hot water. I found the beds to be comfortable, as well as the pillows and a good temperature control. Would have liked to have been able to make adjustments to position of television, it is fixed flat in place on the wall. Would have liked bigger ice bucket.

Location wise it was perfect. You are just by the Promenade and strip and can get on the monorail and enjoy the rest of the strip without walking so much. Housekeeping never arrived on time, i called them and they said they will send someone asap, never happened and i called again and my room got cleaned at 8 pm. The next day it wasn’t cleaned again and i called again at around 2 pm and they told me they dont clean rooms on daily basis as some guests dont like it and i said why wasnt i informed about this when i was checking in or yesterday when i called for housekeeping. It would be a good idea to let the guests know about it. They also had plumbing issues in bathroom sink, the water wont drain and it smelled so bad, but they had it fixed for me. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience experience but could have been better.

Room was nice and clean. But the linens were a little wrinkled and bed wasnt properly fixed. One of the bathroom lights were totally dead. Wished there were more dining options opened later at night. No cups in the bathroom for extra use. A little outdated. Of course, Resort fee is crazy high.

Parking structure Dirty. Room clean. Pool area needs modernization and a better DJ 45.00$ to much for use of the facility for the condition.

Although my room was clean (housekeeping did amazing) the corridors, hallways and floor tiles were not. Unless you’re in the casino area, the hotel just has a dark sleazy motel vibe. Really needs updating.

The room was small, no fridge in ours but our friends did have one in theirs. Bad lighting and terrible view of a wall. The staff was amazing. Hotel is close to everything which made it extremely convenient. I would recommend as long as you don't mind a very basic room. The upgraded version with strip view is just as basic however did have a beautiful view. They also have a suite which may be worth it for extra space.
