A Luxurious Stay for Pampering
From the check-in to the gambling, dining, and shopping. The Palazzo has everything a Birthday Girl could have ever asked for. The room was exquisite, the bed was perfect, and the breathtaking view was breathtaking.

Poor insulation from next door room
Quick check in. Excellent room, clean. Bed comfortable. A/C unit has to be set at 64 degrees to get the room cold for a comfortable sleep. This is because of the size of the room. Weird thing was that I think the room next door had their connected door open. I could hear them talking at night and in the morning I smell the room service breakfast like it was inside my room. Place lost points because of it.

A very beautiful property with wonderful pool areas and amenities. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a larger than normal bathroom. Elevators were very quick as there were designated ones for certain floors. Check in was welcoming and the manager sent a very nice bottle of champagne to our suite in honor of our 35th Wedding anniversary.
