This was literally the best hotel I have stayed at in all of bali . If you’re going to go on a trip, splash the dollars and get the private club Villa. You are treated like a queen everyone is so so kind and pleasant the room and the private pool is immaculate. Breakfast Buffet was so good. And you’re right in the heart of all the fun in the city. The beach club is so fun there was fireworks every night. Big thank you to Jessica at reception who was so lovely and gave me extra time to pack and My cleaner Auditya Such a sweetheart. I will definitely be returning!

We spent 9 days in Bali Mandira with our 2 teenage children. The facility is centrally located at the heart of Legian Beach. It is clean and has a great atmosphere surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff are friendly and tentative. The restaurants also serve great food. Highly recommended.

I stayed in April 2024. There were many aspects about the resort I liked. The Glow Spa was amazing, the staff are wonderful and the food at the beach club is excellent. The breakfast probably needs to expand in it's range of choice. The signs around the pool of 'no glass' become unenforceable when the pool bar sells bottles of beer and alcohol. My room was nice but I had an issue with a family of cats and kittens living on there outside shower roof (room 404) that woke me up every morning at 5.00am. When I passed this onto the front desk I am not sure what was done but they were not removed.

The staff make this place. From the front desk staff to the awesome resturant servers we were made to fell welcome and appreciated every day. They way they remeber your coffee order to accommodating dietary needs, nothing was too much trouble. And a special shout out to the security guys wo send you off with a smile every day and welcome you back safely. All in all the amenities and staff justify the price.
