Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Free 2 water bottles per person. Room and bathroom was super nice and new. Nice bed. Nice air conditioner they got. You get 2 water bottles per person, per day. Walkable to Metro rail. Near to the strip. Good location to stay, not crowded.

The hotel staff initially assigned us to an room, cluttered with linens, towel racks, and shampoo bottles strewn across the floor. Although they eventually agreed to provide a cleaner room, we had to wait an excessive amount of time, nearly an hour, for the doorman to deliver the new room key. This significant delay disrupted our plans for the evening. Never going back there again.

The property was well maintained but will be due for upgrades (carpet, some paint, etc.). Staff was nice but the push for timeshare is a bit much, a heavy push is not necessary. The family atmosphere in was nice.

Probably the least annoying hotel on the strip to navigate through. It's proximity to the convention center made our trip very convenient. The staff was nice as well. It is further down on The Strip, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I like the hotel.

Poolside bar/restaurant stayed closed,even though it was the normal closing date, the nice weather during the week should have dictated the pool bar/restaurant stay open. Only one other option to eat.

Best stay ever
They texted everyday to confirm when your room would be cleaned. I also texted them for multiple other questions and received quick and accurate responses. A bulb went out in one of the lamps and I texted them. within 10 minutes there was someone at my door to replace the bulb. A great view of the sphere was an awsome perc.

The property was very clean, our suite was nice and location is convenient. However, I did not like getting solicited to attend a timeshare meeting after check in and after a 9hr drive and bags still in tow. Also, getting tricked to go to the timeshare counter by a staff saying I’ll be given a “welcome packet”. They need to find a better way to sell their timeshares.
