Our family stayed for 3 nights and we were very happy, check in and out were fast and they constantly correspond by text message for cleaning and amenities, which was convenient for me. They also give you reminder regarding checking out which I really appreciated.

We liked everything. We were pleasantly surprised by the working heated pools, as during the booking it was indicated that the pools were no longer working at this time. The hotel is beautiful and clean! We were satisfied and recommend it!

As always this property is great and the staff is excellent. We really needed to upgrade our room and we were accommodated as well with an early check in which was perfect. The on site store is costly but expected as well as the restaurant. All of the food was good. The major downfall after it being our first time back in many years is that the hot tub closes at 6pm, this is crazy! 11pm atleast would be expected. The rooms are beyond clean. They always try to sell their timeshare tour - we just say no because it’s our vacation. The only place I will stay is Vegas!!!

We wanted to stay on the Strip but not in one of the headliner hotels which tend to be rather noisy and expensive. This property was perfect for what we needed: a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The only reason I am knocking off a star because the kitchen did not have a full cutlery set or oven mitts. And they also forgot the kitchen washcloths and towel. This did not matter very much because we did not do much cooking, but it was painful to have wash spoons because the right number was not there! Everything else was very good.

Please clean the rooms better!
The hotel room was overall okay and the beds were comfy however there were no shower gel or conditioner when i went to go take a shower. Neither of the bathroom doors lock worked. The doors were dirty that it looked like poop juice splashed on them. Wished i took a picture of them, so gross. The toilets were a little dirty too. The inside of the bathroom drawers were dirty as well.
