While I enjoyed the updates in the rooms, the walls are super thin. It wasn’t as if they were loud- I could hear everything. We were easily granted a new room. Hopefully the hotel will update its rickety single elevator and overbearing smell of pool and mold in the lobby. The location of this hotel in downtown Plymouth can’t be beat.

Centrally located, you can walk to the Mayflower II or the Grist Mill. The food in the dining room was delicious both for dinner and breakfast. The pool was cute and great for families.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to the water front and attractions. The big issue we had was the noise level of the air conditioning in our room. My husband had to use ear plugs to sleep and I, who normally hears my husband’s snoring, couldn’t even hear it when he was in the same bed as me!! Most people would say this made for a nice break, however I prefer the snoring over nights with little sleep and headaches in the morning. Definitely something they need to update.

The pool was decent, but the waterslide took some skin off, and my son also got hurt on the water slide. The room was decent, the pillows and beds were horrible to sleep on, they had no comfort and very lumpy and flat. My husband and i only got probably about five hours of sleep. Very disappointed and would not recommend thus hotel to any of my friends or family.

The hotel is charming and quaint looking but that is where it ends The spa gave me a huge infection on my toe. I had to leave early due to a high fever The food is only ok The pool area is filthy and under chlorinated. ( i am a cpo so I can always tell if Cl- is off The bathroom door in our room was broken Highlight was Hope at the bar. She was great but i will never return here.
