Rooms were really quiet. Cleaning staff did not always supply towels and I don’t think the sheets were changed all week. Everything was wiped down and vacuumed all week. Love Chez Bon Bon!! Wasn’t perfect and the food and fees are outrageous but the beach was perfection! I would stay there again. Staff were pleasant!!

Cool hotel. Club is amazing. It’s $67 a night for parking. I think the key was the on-site club. The property is nice although not as high design as others.

Worse experience traveling using your company. The hotel facilities were great however pool and beach staff were extremely rude, bed sheets were dirty ( they smelled food and made your body itchy, ocean was full of algeas, toilet did not flush correctly , staff instructed people to live trash outside door room and people that was partying in the club bellow would come back to their rooms and spread trash all around, lastly the hotel did not have a do not disturb sign in the room. ( that caused an accident) if I had not travel with your company before I would never use your service again. Extremely disappointing trip.

If you're looking for a peaceful vacation, this hotel may not be the best fit for you. It's a beachfront property located on Collins Ave, North of South Beach. The hotel attracts a younger crowd and has a lively atmosphere, which may not be conducive to relaxation. The rooms are cleaned daily and the beds are comfortable. However, no robes or slippers are provided, and the rooms do not come with a refrigerator. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. If you're considering renting a car, please note that valet parking is $67 per day with no on site self-parking option available.
