Always slow waitstaff service at the pool and beach. They should have QR codes so you can place your order anytime without having to wait for someone to stop by. Nearly every beach and pool towel was seriously frayed and holey. Took two calls and 12 hours to get additional washcloths brought to our room. Gianprieto told us he would bring towels to on poolside chairs and never did. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Hot water took for ever , 10 mins at times. Room service ok had to ask for towels three times. They would forget to put towels. Manager was to give me a credit of one day but did not show up on bill.

Beautiful property, but cost of things were outrageous. I expect to pay more for things like food and drink, but did not expect them to be significantly higher than even stadium prices. A round of 2 drinks will cost you $60 . Just wasn’t prepared for this part. Otherwise, it was an amazing time!

Thanksgiving family vacation!
Location and property itself is gorgeous. Upon arrival there was no one in front to greet us. This was only disappointing given the higher cost for parking ($75 per night) and only parking option being valet. To be fair we did arrive later in the night. They made sure to get our two families in rooms on the same floor, even upgrading one of the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. Nice view of city and beach from rooms. Room was basic hotel room. Mostly clean but noticed the window to balcony door and balcony itself was a bit unkept. The food was great! The pool area and easy access to beach was great! I especially enjoyed the easy bike rentals to ride along side the beach. Location to everywhere we went worked out great! Overall we really enjoyed our time here. We would recommend it to others and definitely come back.

Good atmostphere. A lot of dining, pool. No house cleaning after 5pm. Sound of the AC system outside the window were too noisy. Rooms looks too old. Waiting the elevators forever. Hotel need a refresh!
