the property was nice, I booked a Deluxe Bayview room but the room was too old to be labeled as Deluxe room. the shower had mold all over the tiles and not clean. It was a room in the one of the side towers. the room was very dusty and was not cleaned properly. I had to call two times to ask please make sure to clean and dust properly. I even left a small piece of a paper on the floor right on the entry hallway to the room to see if they will even vacuum after I called the front desk to make sure they clean and dust the room , but they still didn't. very disappointing for a 5 star hotel and defiantly should not label the room as Deluxe room!!!!!!!

A Luxurious Oasis of Beauty and Elegance

From the moment I arrived, the Fontainebleau Hotel captivated me with its stunning beauty and timeless elegance. The dining experiences were highlights of our visit. Lunch at La Côte featured fantastic grilled octopus and tuna tartare, while the pasta at Mirabella restaurant was phenomenal. The hotel's upscale environment, with its oceanfront location and luxurious amenities, created the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement. I can't wait to return!!

Overall, I was utterly disappointed with my stay at Fontainebleau. The room was filthy and dusty, reeking of neglect. I found used bandages, nails scattered on the floor, and even a dirty bathroom light switch. I expect a hotel of Fontainebleau’s caliber to maintain a higher level of cleanliness.
