Bad Hotel Choice
The front door of the hotel was open with no security. The room had a smell, and the staff was not friendly at all. The mattress of the bed was sinking in the middle, and the widows are very dirty. This hotel was a very bad experience.

This hotel is a South Beach treasure. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The room had a sleek design, a comfortable bed, and was meticulously clean. Staying here was an absolute delight. The hotel is located right in the heart of South Beach, so everything I needed was just steps away. The team was welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The front desk was rude. When I arrived, I asked the lady if I could stay one more day, but she told me she couldn't help and to book it online. At the end of my three nights, I was charged an additional and surprising 100 bucks over the online price “as part of the contract,” which I didn’t read initially but I found misleading.
