Rundown and not clean. Initial check in person was nice but later went down and new staff was rude when asked if there was a microwave to heat baby formula. Told no and laughed as if asking was ridiculous.

I had a suite. The tv in living room didn't work because they only had an infinity remote. I had to explain to 2 maintenance men that they needed the Samsung remote in order to scroll through menu. We were also entitled to 2 room cleaning but only received one, and only after complaining to management.

Good location. The property is older but was clean. Staff was friendly. This hotel is managed by the hotel next door, which was confusing at checkin, but fine once you realize. The rooms are large and spacious but ready for new carpet and paint. The ammenities at the adjoining hotel are very nice but aren't the easiest to get to.

Hallways and rooms were not very clean. Hallway smelled like pee when you walk through it. AC kept leaking onto the floor of our room, making it soaking wet and unable to walk through. Maintenance was nice and did the best they could. But you can see when they opened the vent that it was not taken care of properly.

Our room was terrible, poor lighting, the bed was so close to the door leaking the door in the bath room, I put a bottle of water in the refrigerator and knocking a bottle beer and broke, I called the front desk for housekeeping it a awhile for them to come, and he did not get all the broken glass up, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
