Ok for a close to airport stay.
The hotel.is not located to shopping or restaurants. Is in an industrial area and is very active with planes taking off as is near the airport. The rooms shower did not have good access to hot water and it dripped loudly contantly. The gym on site was well equiped and there is a pool that was being well used.

Bad customer service. First day we checked in there was no water. Staff was extremely rude. I called corporate immediately. House keeping was the only ppl who were nice with great customer service. The room was musty & smelled like sweat & mildew. The microwave was filthy, the bedding was rippied with a big hole, the staff never offered to give me new bedding. I booked 2 rooms, 4 ppl in each room. It was an issue getting coffee pods to brew in rooms I paid for each day. Wasted money at the resturant, rude staff, cold food & 20% gratuity. I love Miami but I’ll NEVER waste money staying here again. I spent too much money to get horrible customer. Once the staff knew I spoke with IHG Corporate they were even more rude to myself & my guest. Hilton Honors would never.

Water was leaking in bith rooms I had reserved. Had to relocate to a different room mid-stay. Airport shuttle to hotel and paid shuttle to the port eas a big reason i chose this hotel. Port shuttle was late as well.
