Front desk are not friendly! I was still on the phone asking for the shuttle bus, female front desk just hang up the phone! Not welcoming unlike other hotels! Not friendly, we don’t feel being welcome, considering our 3 luggage went missing!!! Front desk should be more compassionate with hotel guest and I didn’t feel that at all!!! They don’t care, all they care was to check us in and that’s it!

The room was very comfortable and roomy. Beds were great - slept very well! However, the water pressure in the shower was awful - extremely low! Felt safe the entire time. The Keurig in our room did not work. However, the staff promptly replaced it with a new one.

I love how friendly and helpful the staff is. I loved the free iced water and flavored water they had available 24/7!!! Location was great in regards to the airport and highway access. It is not a walkable area.

Pretty decent for a one night stay
Water only as something free. Not even coffee or tea in the morning. Took a few min to figure out the shower (fancy but too fancy). Shuttle drive going to the airport decided to ignore a right-on-red and do personal stuff (like plugging in his phone). People are anxious to get to the airport.

Localização e transporte.
Estávamos em um grupo de 4 pessoas, e ficamos uma pernoite. O café da manhã do hotel é pago a parte, mas não utilizamos. A localização do hotel é perfeita, está situado há alguns metros do aeroporto de Mia, o quarto é amplo no sexto andar e possui frigobar, e quanto as roupas de cama, o banheiro e as toalhas estavam limpas além de ter disponível no quarto, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar e tábua. A recepcionista ( que esqueci de perguntar o nome) foi muito gentil, educada e nos recebeu com cordialidade realizando o checkin de forma rápida, é importante frisar que na recepção está disponivel gratuitamente suco de limão e chá gelado que eles chamam de ilhas de hidratação, adorei esta cortesia. O serviço de shuttle ou transporte gratuito incluido na diária, funciona de fato, e passa com frequencia de aproximados 30 min na frente do embarque do aeroporto, o motorista é muito cordial e educado. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle that never came. We had to take a cab.front desk lied to us saying shuttle would be there in 11 mins. Never showed! There was a half hour line up to check in. They did not have food items that were on the menu. Just a horror show.

Walls very thin…..can hear everything and the cost of food at hotel was overpriced for quality. Best part was the airport shuttle. Otherwise everything else needs Uber. Not even a basic convenience store close.

We loved it here.
From check in to check out everything was smooth. Everyone was helpful and kind. There’s a water and ice machine on every floor. Laundry on the 7th floor. Early check in once available. We even got a text asking how our room was. It’s very convenient. I will come back anytime I’m in Miami.
