The front desk staff was great. House keeping not so good I give them a Big fat F .I ask for towels still waiting …………..And they don’t clean properly. If you see a food flyer slide under your door DO Not Order From That Menu.I spent $120 on food from that menu had to throw everything away.Then front desk tells me I shouldn’t order from any flyer in my room.😒☹️So why is it in the room🤔.? Breakfast nice.Pool nice.

We lodged from Tuesday to Sunday and nobody cleans our room. I have to meet with one of the supervisors for them to change our bedsheets and she said she will send someone right away and when we return back to hotel, everything was just like that. I have to even call the receptionist and she said they will come in 30mins and nobody showed up. Is really bad. And their sitting toilets needs a deep washing. Apart from that, my children love the hotel.
