I had to wait 5 hours just to check in which was the worst and super exhausting and I had my 7 year old daughter with me, after booking my stay it explained that property had free parking and that was a lie you have to pay for overnight parking which is an extra $24 plus that comes out of your deposit so you don’t get your full deposit back.

We arrived late for check in. The lobby area was very noisy. After being in the room we went to the lobby bar/restaurant. Staff were inattentive and after waiting finally ordered a bite to eat and a drink before retiring for the evening. Paying for our snack took just as long . Weary travellers without much expectations sent us to the room. Breakfast buffet was good the next morning.
