They charged me extra for a room exchange i didn't request. Despite complaining multiple times, I haven't received a response. Also, the breakfast was very basic, with ju a piece of bread and coffee.

If you’re just looking for a bed (without extra sheets or blankets) and a shower, this hotel might suffice. We rented a room advertised as having a kitchen, but to our surprise, the kitchen was completely empty—no plates, pans, cutlery, or glasses. The room was included breakfast, but all we found was a small basket on the table containing a few packets of oatmeal and some very cheap snack bars. That was it.

The place is definitely old. Smelt like the dollar cinema. There was stickiness in the corners of every room. Especially the bathroom. Wiped my foot on one of the towels after stepping in it and it was completely brown. Was so disgusted. Was it it urine or fecal matter? I don't know. Other than that it was a decent place to stay. Very quiet and the staff was attentive. Cleaning could be a little better.

The shower was dirty and peeling in multiple areas. The hotel was extremely loud, with a very loud alarm going off every time the outside doors were opened, which happened throughout the night and morning. Additionally, the hallway had a terrible smell. The deposit was $100 instead of the $50 I expected. I'm really hoping the refund process goes smoothly. Overall, not a good hotel.

We had an overnight flight and booked two rooms to sleep before our early morning departure. We arrived at the property at 11:30 pm attempting to check in. The door was locked so we spoke with the receptionist on the phone. She advised that she couldnt check us in and that the system locks from warlier thst day. We spoke about the fact that the reserve was made. I tild her that i was at the property and i coupd hear her st the desk and through the phone. After she explained i couldnt check in i asked to be transfered to a manager,and i was ssnt to a dialyone. Later i knocked on the door and she allowed me in reception. When o hot inside i explained the situation ahain and she said..oh you cld check in iys just before 12. Im not sure if there is a language barrier,but this situation could have ended badly for me if i had jist walksd off after speaking to her the first time. After a long journey it took me 20 minutes to check in and no one else was there ! There was scraps left out for breakfast and the toom was not the cleanist. I would advose yo go elsewhere. DONOT STAY HDRE !

Great Customer service
Big shout out to Jessica (Manager) and Esela for making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. They really took care of us, got us in early and made sure everything went smoothly. There local recomendations for food was spot on. They hotel is a dated and not in the best conditon. Besides that i would definitely recommend staying because if you have an issue staff will take care of it.
