Misleading and disappointed
The lobby was nice but not our room was not. (425) It was basically a closet next to the trash shoot. There is NO ocean view. The windows are up too high to look out and when you do it's just the roof. The bed broke and wasn't fixed until the next morning. Tub and floor was PAINTED and peeling. Very cheap and uncomfortable. Outlets for microwave didn't work.
Elevators were a nightmare, check in was a nightmare. Security "didn't have my information" so I had to go to the realtor in the basement and beat on the door to which NO ONE answered. Took two hours to check in. The pool was nice but the tiki bar closed at 6pm every night. Restaurant wasn't open. Beach was very small and a straight drop down to the water. 5 ft in and your up to your neck. Not good for kids. There's no entertainment to walk too. If you wanted to go somewhere you had to deal with the valet parking. We basically stayed in our closet of a room all week.
