I like that they had stores in the inside of the hotel that closes late but I did not like tht the front desk could not help with anything .all they said was they deal with check in and check outs and we have to contact the host jst get more towels and the host doesn’t answer for hours !!

It was kinda ratty . They gave me a toilet with stains. I came here before and didn’t get a ratty room.. now i did . Also no one was available to give me fresh towels. They told me just wash them.. yet there was no laundry cards available. They gotta do better. It’s a hit or miss if you going to get a ratty room or not

The lobby was nice but not our room was not. (425) It was basically a closet next to the trash shoot. There is NO ocean view. The windows are up too high to look out and when you do it's just the roof. The bed broke and wasn't fixed until the next morning. Tub and floor was PAINTED and peeling. Very cheap and uncomfortable. Outlets for microwave didn't work. Elevators were a nightmare, check in was a nightmare. Security "didn't have my information" so I had to go to the realtor in the basement and beat on the door to which NO ONE answered. Took two hours to check in. The pool was nice but the tiki bar closed at 6pm every night. Restaurant wasn't open. Beach was very small and a straight drop down to the water. 5 ft in and your up to your neck. Not good for kids. There's no entertainment to walk too. If you wanted to go somewhere you had to deal with the valet parking. We basically stayed in our closet of a room all week.

Terrible condition of the rooms. Very old bathroom with painted bath, paint were coming off. Fresh paint smells in all room. Very dirty. No service for rooms. They did not change the code for room and someone came in. Highly not recommend 😒

The most bad experience that I have buying a hotel through Expedia is this place with the GIRASOLE department and the company Miami boutique it’s the most inhumane place with inhumane people that I rented on my life this people are scams this people don’t exist don’t answer , rent the 10005 department with no air conditioning and the company know that and insects have , this people never change sheet and towels because this company are scams don’t have housekeeping in the building and its insane I rented with two kids and one baby of 8 months and my baby can’t sleep with no air conditioning an need open doors for sleep and use same towels for 4 days . This place it’s disgusting and not safe for rent so … Expedia ask for pictures of the place before you sale it’s insane god
