We especially appreciated the kitchen service conveniently locate in the first floor lobby Although the staff was conscientious and efficient and the facility was clean and well maintained, we were really frustrated at checkin-in because Expedia had not transmitted our payment of $400 toward our stay. We were tired when we checked in. Though desk staff greeted us, , and did his best, Expedia had sent the wrong information about our payment making for complications. This problem could have been avoided if it was still possible to make one call to Holiday Inn and arrange our accommodations directly.

We stayed 10/17-21 and left for a cruise, we called 10 times bc my daughter forgot her airpods, she locked them and they showed on her iphone at the hotel. but were told by the staff everytime they weren't found. We returned to the hotel after our cruise, spoke with the front desk person, Tatiana and general manager who both told us they were never found and there was nothing to be done. We proved that they WERE in the hotel on her iphone.my daughter went up to the room we stayed in. My daughter was away from the desk and pinged them, and the housekeeping manager came out and ask if these were the missing airpods. I was told the housekeeper had not turned them in yet. REALLY!!!! After we checked out 5 days earlier!!!! The cleaning staff are thieves!!! The only reason we got them back was because we went back to the hotel, they were locked and my daughter set of the pinging !!!!!!

From the time we arrived the Hospitality of the crew was highly cmmendable. The room I received was non ocean view room on the 7th flloor. I requested the staff on dury M/S Ana for an ocean view room. she placed the request on the system and the Manger on duty the very next day go us an Ocean vie room on the 9th floor. Highly Guest oriented and obliging at all times. The rooms were big, Comfortable, and very clean. There was nothing to complian . Just 2 mints to the beach and the board walk will take you to to the southern Pier of the south beach. CVS and other convenience stores are just two blocks away and 5 mnts walk from the Hotel. Highly recommended to anyone. It would have been great if there was some entertainment and drinks at nite in the garden next to the pool and a better spread of food served; Just some food for thought for value addition. Bt our overall experience was a dive star expericne and Miami style hospitality. Keep up the star class hospitality Holiday Inn . I am sure to come back.

This property was not clean and was lacking in customer service at all. We had to remove all bedding and then ask for new sheets as well as the chair in the room was super stained

We had a good stay here! No problems at all. The location is great, and the hotel staff were very friendly. It is nice that they give you bottled water and beach chairs. Great choice for staying in Miami Beach.
