We chose this Hotel because the offer shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We waited one hour and 40 minutes. Finally took a Uber to the hotel. At the hotel the cleck told us that the shuttle start at 5 am and finished at 22.30. We arrived at midnight. Even the nights shift cleck and the morning cleck didn't care about our problem. All nights we heard doors closed. We won't go back to this Hotel and we don't recommend

The check in was fast, the attendant was in a hurry so he sorted me quickly. The carpet on the floors smells musky and damp. The breakfast was basic, bagels, bread, eggs, waffles, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. The shuttle is unreliable, waited 1.5 hours and none came however when I arrived at the hotel the staff member said the shuttle was at the airport. The morning shuttle was on time and the driver was polite. This was my second time staying at this hotel, I will not return.

Room smells really bad. Shower had stains in the floor. They don’t provide hand towels unless you ask. Not even a towel for the floor for when you get out of the shower. Shampoo dispenser was damaged and A/C cooled down at times not consistent

The bathroom had few problems the shower the toilet the zinc to much loss hair , the breakfast was not enjoyable can’t be there for two to three days and the breakfast is the same .. each day .. but the people that work there are great … very pleasant.

The shuttle to and from the airport was not good when we were heading to the hotel they shuttle took an hour to pick us up from the airport then the second night I stayed there I waited for an hour and a half for the m to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel again. And every time I call the hotel they would tell me he's 10 minutes away and after a while they never even answered their phone and then when the driver got there it wasn't his fault"

The worst . The WiFi didn’t work the8 days 7 nights . It was an issue with towels, breakfast was horrible.The phone didn’t work so if there was an emergency to evacuate we wouldn’t have gotten it . I’ve stayed at others this has been the worst I don’t recommend no one . A major upgrade is needed .

I didn’t like my experience there, rooms were bad, rooms had an odor, air conditioner was on but not cool. I changed rooms first in hopes to get a better room but no it was just as bad as the first room, if it wasn’t so late in the day when I got checked in I would have went to another hotel.
