I would say this Hotel is cool, I stayed there for 8 nights, and the hotel was good, the guy at the reception (both of them) are really nice, they speak spanish and are very generous, BUT the day I had to do my check out, one cuban lady (as me) came into my room at exactly 11:00am which is understandable, but she knocked my door and I ask her to enter, and she didn’t even say Good Morning, she was VERY RUDE and asked me for a broken window in a very disrespectful manner ( note: the window was moved to the side to be able to enjoy my view) I told her that it wasn’t broken and she replied as “well, why did you did that to it” , I was already loosing my patience with her tone, and then she looked at her watch and asked me (again in a very rude tone) “what time are you leaving?” And I was already waling with 5 luggages and two kids to the door, I replied and she just closed the door and call maintenance by her radio saying “room was occupied “ WHEN SHE CLEARLY SAW ME WALKING OUT!!! This lady is a shame for your company, and to be honest, I am cuban too but I have been living my whole life in a country full of good manners and good customer service, she completely destroyed my opinion about my stay in Lexington Hotel! She should me fire to ve honest because nobody deserves to be treated like that in front of kids, I was going to even leave a tip in the room for housekeeping but she deserves no one cent! I hope management take an action because for sure you will be losing clients!

Prices were reasonable for the stay. The restaurant in the hotel was under renovation so couldn’t eat there. There isn’t a microwave in the room which would have made it easier to have breakfast in the room

Nice room on 8th floor, only problem there was that the hallway smelled like cigarettes. Pool was dirty and when i asked the staff they didn't know when was the last time it was cleaned and tje filters were not running the entire week we were there, water level was getting lower each day!! Overall a good place to stay and would definitely come back.
