Change in plans. My husband traveled without me advised Ramada he would be checking in for the reservation. Still attempting to get him checked in. They refused him the room. I just sent photo ID with sane request with confirmation number. Hopefully that works.

Pros: Airport shuttle and nice staff Cons: Everything else. There is shuttle from the airport, which was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here. Saved a few dollars, but that was it. FYI, shuttle runs only once every hour. No complimentary bottle of water in the room. No fridge. No elevator. Definitely overpriced. I wouldn’t have been this disappointed if the price was more reasonable.

Checked in at 9:15 p.m. and out at 6:00 a.m. so really didn't see much of hotel and area. Convenient to airport. Only negative, the shower floor looked a bit grungy but otherwise was acceptable for a hit and run.
