The property is top in Las Vegas strip, staff is friendly and always trying to help, great hotel for families, quiet and spacious rooms, the bed is very comfortable, overall great place to stay.

We booked two rooms to surprise our kids and wanted this to be a relaxing end to our stay in Las Vegas. It is a beautiful property, however, we wasted an hour checking in because they preauthorized our credit card too many times and it wasn’t registering on their POS system -and our credit card company then blocked our card. We were told we needed to preauthorize another credit card or we would not get access to our rooms- however upon checking with our bank, we were in fact already charged the full amount for both of our rooms. After trying unsuccessfully explain to the woman at check in who was belligerent and not apologetic for this, we asked to be escalated to a manager. While he was nice and bought us a coffee, he did not follow up with us as promised to provide an update on what was going on. Upon checking out, we came to realize they put through another preauthorization without our knowledge or consent. We booked at the Four Seasons because of the quality of the hotel and expected a higher degree of service and professionalism from the front desk staff. We’ve been to many high end hotels around the world and while the Four Seasons brand is tops, we left feeling let down by the chaos of checking in and checking out. We hope this improves next time we stay.

The perfect accommodation if you want peace, quiet, great service and food with the option of a great buzz next door at the Mandalay Bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast and brunch buffets were amazing! Room is really spacious and gets tied twice a day. Will come back next year for sure!

Very clean, non smoking property. The property is on the far end of the strip and you have access to the Mandalay Bay casino by hitting the C button in the elevator. Rooms are upscale and quiet. I stayed in one of the presidential suites on the 38th floor and had incredible views from all windows and was able to have an amazing view of the firework display on NYE. Theres a water station on every floor, in which I was unaware of the first night. They do not leave much water in your room so either bring a water bottle or purchase one of theirs. Its cheaper than ordering water. Great hotel if you want to enjoy Vegas yet have an escape from the craziness of the strip hotels.

We were there less than 18 hours. Charged us twice for 2 days of resort fee. Seriously? Tipped staff generously. But 100’s of dollars for service we didn’t receive isn’t cool.

Nice stay for Vegas Bowl game
Check in was great with Melanie. She gave us a glass of champagne as we were celebrating. Rooms are a good size. The only thing was our room faced the airport and the noise from the airport was evident. Also beware of $45 per day parking and a high hotel fee even though pool was closed.
