I loved the safety it felt to get up to the rooms (must have a key card). The staff was very friendly and facilities were all very clean. It was a wonderful stay.

Booked a one bedroom through Expedia only to find when check in that have been "auto" assigned the worst rooms. Had to pay to upgrade. Somewhere there is a miscommunication and it does not make a pleasant experience. I totally understand hotel set lower price for certain units, but description should state that. If you read the room description, you wouldn't have thought much. Consumers need transparency to make spending decisions. Without that assurance I would not book again.

The hotel is good for families but if you have late snackers they only have one market snd food is more than 15 min walk at nearby hotels so that is not convenient when you have a family. The market closed when pool closes. Also if you get lower level room to board the elevator will take forever so good luck if you have a stroller & stairs are not an option since to get out the building through stairs will cause an alarm.

Room was not clean and condition of room is poor. Wood and door frame rotting at base of bathroom, shower was not draining until maintenance fixed it. Toilet had mold and rust at base of tank. Could do a lot better for a Hilton.

We love staying here. The room needed a little attention lights are very dim. The ac in one room was not working good. The jetts didn’t work in tub. The dishwasher didn’t work.

The hotel is on the end of the strip, so it is not so busy. More relaxed environment. Also in walking distance of the Las Vegas convention center.

The staff is very nice and the Starbucks served at the market is very convenient. They have a steam room in their spa which was lovely to take advantage of. The room was spacious and the hotel is easy walking distance to the new fountainbleu and resorts world.

Friendly staff and very convenient to use the bell hop storage when checking out with a late flight. What I didnt like was the water temp in the shower. Hot cold the whole time, every day i took a shower. It would really hot then cold. Made taking a shower a horrible experience. I couldn't imagine having kids in there.

Room was clean and very nice. Loved having a kitchen and huge tub! Elevators were fast and having parking was a great benefit plus the monorail station was very close so we could get to the other end of the strip quickly.

The sales pitch: We felt blindsided!! It was explained we "had" to pick up our gift. Which turned into a high pressure 15 minute sales pitch for a timeshare resort presentation we were not aware of or interested in. Going forward we'll read more of the negative reviews. Property is a little dated but beautiful, safe, and clean.
