Ideal for a weekend break
Had a nice enough stay, only thing was 2 out of 3 nights our meals in the Hotel were not that fantastic. Staff are so lovely, the suite was nice and the lounge area is nice to sit and relax. We felt however that the Hotel was more interested in the 2 American tour buses groups and we felt the quality of our meals were nothing great. Still a lovely hotel but eating out was so much better.

Brilliant breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely staff members, easy parking, convenient location and spacious room. The pricing is on the higher end but it's justifiable for the comfort of the stay. The spa facilities might be slightly overrated as it's small and with a few more guests it becomes uncomfortable. Would stay again if a deal becomes available to lower the price of stay. :)

Fantastic Experience in a Clean, Comfortable Hotel
We had a fantastic one-night stay at the hotel! Our room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and delicious room service meals, including breakfast. The staff was friendly, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Be careful when you make a reservation here. There Erb two buildings. One is charming and the other one looks like Motel 6. When I asked why we got put in Motel 6, one of the guys close to the concierge desk said “this is for the premium high quality rooms. Do you have a premium room?” For a moment I thought I was being punked. Our room was large but this property is definitely not maintained well. The breakfast is only ok - sausage was overcooked and the black pudding was literally inedible - hard and dry as a rock. In general it just seems like the employees are not happy to work there. Unless you have no other choice, DO NOT STAY HERE.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. It was readily accessible and within walking distance of many of the popular sites in Edinburgh. The room was excellent and the staff were helpful in integrating two different reservations that I had. Overall, a great experience!
