We had a very nice experience, for the most part. We've stayed here before because of the great location and proximity to the mall and easy access to get to wineries. We also enjoy the pool as it's long enough for swimming laps. However, one small issue... We asked for a couple of wine glasses for the room and were told a flat out "NO". It was rather unapologetic...just a straight NO, from the woman at the front desk. So we had to set out to try and buy some. It didn't seem like an unreasonable request and we were surprised at this. One other thing... Found long hairs in our shower, before we had even used it .... certainly not from us..and not pleased to see that. Otherwise a decent hotel that does the job.

Accessible room evaluation

We had an accessible room but the shower was very difficult to operate. The shower curtain blew away from the tub when trying to hold onto the hand shower. Thus, the floor got full of water. The water also took a very long time to heat. The room, bed etc were fine and there was lots of space to move around.

Great Stay at Holiday Inn – Perfect for Our Trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake! This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn, and we were very grateful to be able to check in early. I really needed to get changed before the wedding we were attending in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The service was friendly and fast, and the hotel was clean with a good breakfast included. We’re from Calgary and were in town for a wedding nearby, so the location was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we have the chance to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake in the future.

Excellent experience

Clean room, clean hotel and excellent proximity to amenities. We visited both Niagara Falls and Niagara-by-the Lake on this trip and it was right in the middle. Having the outlet mall across the street was a fantastic bonus.
