Excellent hotel! Room was very spacious and clean. Very nice touches like hardwood floors, wall-enclosed fireplace, chandelier, floor to ceiling window (ours faced the Falls), amazing glass bowl sink in bathroom with artistic faucet. Room had a mini fridge, TV, large office desk & chair, 2 side chairs, iron, dresser, closet and large shower. Bathroom had very nice tiles. Parking is free, breakfast is free and it’s a nice short walk downhill to see the amazing Falls. The swimming pool is nice and there’s a hot tub. Had a great stay at Quality Fallsview Cascade hotel! Will definitely be back!

Too old to drive after dark
Stayed to see a concert at Fallsview and it was a short easy walk. Loved the free parking especially after seeing casino parking was $50. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Will be my go to place for after concert stays

Great Location but Old and needs bathrooms updated
Location was great, easy walking to all the main attractions & r estauants. Old hotel, clean, but bathrooms in desperate need of some update. Tub needs new caulking (dirty moldy looking) Tub shower head and spout continually dripped. Could never get it tight enough to stop. Saw reviews that breakfast was good? Don’t start till 8:00am… need to open earlier!

This isn't a 5 star hotel but the location is absolutely the best when staying at Niagara. It's close to everything. The rooms were sufficient for myself and 2 children. The breakfast was very nice too. For anyone on a budget, this was a great place to stay to explore the beautiful area.

Location is great, staff is great. Liked the free parking! However rooms do need updating and we were switched to two different rooms since the wall A/C was leaking onto the floors. Kids socks were soaked! No comps offered for inconvenience. They also out of towels at the pool, breakfast was okay, but food and drinks kept running out, additional staff would have helped.

Stayed in a king room with balcony. we had a peek at the falls from the balcony. room/hotel.was dated but everything was clean and well kept. convenient location and walkable really to wverything on the Canadian side. Wasnt sure when I booked but crossed my fingers hoping for the best and i was pleasantly surprised.

It was very mediocre, especially for the high cost. When booked we were told we'd have a balcony with a view of the Falls. Not so at all. Free parking is about the only redeeming thing about this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel was disgusting and dirty. Still had hair, crumbs and filth in hotel room that was already run down and dirty. There was dirt and dust everywhere. Air conditioning left us with stuffy noses. There was blood on shower curtain, everything was dirty. Room door and balcony was COVERED in spiders and webs every night we couldn’t get in without wiping them away. There were wasp nests on balcony next to doors. Housekeeping did not care about complaints or to do anything about it. Twice I went to desk for assistance and nobody was there. First night we stayed our car got broken into in the parking lot and many things were stolen. All the front desk did was write a note and couldn’t be bothered. There was a police officer there investigating a missing person and when I went to tell him about the theft I was rudely told by a hotel staff he’s not here to deal with that. I made a police report but nothing could be done, they do not have cameras. There’s a lot of homeless people in the area openly using drugs, we witnessed it many times. We checked out and left early to get out of there. Didn’t expect this coming to Niagara Falls!
