The front desk staff and housekeeping people were great. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder but was perfect otherwise. The lack of drapes meant more light coming in at night but it wasn't bad, just made the room look a bit stark. My only real complaint is about what happened when we had to check out early because of illness. The man at the front desk was so nice about it. He told me to call Expedia and let them know and I'd get reimbursed for the night. Well, when Expedia checked. They had no record of my early checkout and that night clerk was gone for the day so they could not verify it. That was disappointing but otherwise the place was clean and bconvenient to everything, and the staff was helpful and friendly. If I ever return to Niagara Falls, I will definitely stay at the Vittoria. And if I have to check out early, I'll get a written confirmation of doing so.

Nice, reasonably priced. If you hang out in the lobby, you can meet people from all over the world. Hotel parking was fine, but parking is slightly cheaper if you’re willing to walk down the road a few hundred metres.
