124Q is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and surprised with a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary weekend, which made us feel truly special. The location is extremely convenient with great restaurants, shopping & Shaw festival theatre nearby (walkable). We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again next year!

Nice amenities and friendly staff.
Some nice amenities, esp. shuttle service within 15 minutes, to bars, restaurants and Shaw Festival. Did not care for the accessible room we agreed to. It seemed to be accommodating for a wheelchair- bound person, but was awkward for someone not needing it, I.e. heavy bathroom door which was difficult and slow to operate.

Lovely hotel right on the strip. Perfect location. Staff super friendly and so happy it had underground parking as we arrived during the Santa Claus Parade so it would have been impossible to find a spot otherwise.

This is a lovely property and enjoyed our stay overall. My only issues were the walls and floors are very thin and you can hear the other guests talking in their rooms. There is no desk and only one chair in the room we stayed in, and there was no luggage rack. The room was small and a bit cramped.

It was the perfect location for our friends weekend getaway. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The shuttle service provided was super helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. All in all a great place to stay!
