We stayed in an American falls view room that had a wonderful view. I was worried because it was on the 3rd floor but it was beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was a good size with a Juliet balcony. Parking is expensive but we parked at a public lot 2 blocks away for $20 a day because we had two cars.

Beautiful view of the falls from the hotel room and Massimo restaurant. Rooms modern, spacious and very clean. Service all round was great. It wasn’t cheap > CAD 950 for two nights and self parking very expensive at CAD 45 per night plus taxes but we still had a lovely time.

Be careful when booking your room. There are both rooms with view and rooms without a room. The rooms without the view have poor lighting. The furniture and facilities are outdated. The plumbing needs updating - the toilet ran throughout the day. The fridge did not work correctly and froze some food items. The gym does not have supplies to sanitize equipment.
