Our room was lovely, met all expectations. Only issue was that I stubbed my toes getting out of the hot tub, causing bleeding and toes badly injured. The staff were very helpful and kind. The manager came to see us to report the incident. No permanent damage to me, just a disappointing accident. The tub steps were very high so likely the cause. My husband stubbed his toes on it too but no injury (tougher skinned I guess). Probably just an older pool that needs the steps redone to reduce the risk. Also noticed the pool deck was very slippery, could use a painting to make a rough finish on the tiles. Otherwise a great stay - room, pool, spa, breakfast, and Starbucks coffee for the road home. We visited the spa which was very nice. We would stay here again if in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff are very friendly, it starts feom when they welcome you when u get out of the car and offer you a bottle of cold water. It makes the whole difference. Overall experience was great, its in between yhe falls and niagara on the lake. So we got to do both while being comfortable in the hotel.

The property was really nice. It smelled delightful when you entered the lobby. We have a very nice concierge that helped us with our bags. I think his name was Martin he was awesome. We did have an issue at the on site restaurant. We waited extremely long to get out food finally I had to speak with hostess who gladly comped our meal over than that our stay was great. The woman’s sauna the pool and hot tub were fantastic!

Overall nice 4 nights stay but I expected nicer room. Staff very nice food good besides the burger not sure how you can mess up a burger. I should have complained and got my money back but I didn’t. Pool, gym were very nice. Got stuck for a minute in Elevator door wouldn’t open on the 1st floor but then Elevator went up so I got off at second floor. Lots of parking, grounds are well maintained.

Hotel was very nice and the front desk staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Th room was nice but felt the carpet needs to be replaced. Quite grungy looking. I like how more hotels are using luxury vinyl- much easier to keep clean and sanitary.

Our stay was great! Beds were super comfy, lots of space in the room, it was air conditioned, but food was extremely over priced at the restaurants. The location was also amazing as it was directly across from the outlet shopping.

I will stay here again. We had a little issue with the air conditioning not working. BUT they came thru the maintenance person came right away checked the unit and said he would be back with a new unit. Couldn’t believe it under 1 hour and the air conditioner was installed. First time I ever heard a motel having air conditioners in stock. Check out was a breeze as well and was offered a complimentary water bottles for the family.

The staff set the tone from the time we got out of our car to our departure. Their friendly and helpful dispositions made us feel at home, with a sense of the fun to come, after several hours of driving. From the accommodations, to the spa offerings and even the room amenities, the resort had something for everyone. The price for the accommodations and services was reasonable and the service was superb. Would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

White Oaks is a lovely resort. That is what it is, there were many things to enjoy without needing to go anywhere. The rooms are wonderfuk, comfy and inviting. My only pet peeve would be a night light, the lighting is bright but at night something more subdued would be better. That’s my only complaint. The food was terrific. The staff, friendly, helpful and totally professional. Worth every penny.
