The hotel was superb,staff were fantastic very friendly. The food was amazing. Room was fantastic bed was so comfortable had a fantastic sleep. Bathroom lovely and clean. Parking was great plenty space.

"Disappointment in: A Lackluster Hotel Experience
Let me start with the hotel itself. Despite being marketed as a four-star establishment, I've experienced better accommodations at two-star hotels. The hotel was noticeably understaffed, and while the rooms were acceptable, they lacked the amenities that justify an extra star, such as glass cups, a minibar, and a memorable breakfast buffet. However, the gardens were exceptional with lush greenery, and the spa, while not outstanding, was decent. Regarding the staff, my check-in experience was quite disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I rang the bell for assistance. Her demeanor suggested that I was an inconvenience, and she almost threw the paper file at me after I provided my name. This was quite rude, and I politely mentioned that if serving guests put her in such a bad mood, she might want to consider a different role. Finally, the room. I was sharing a room with my father, who has limited mobility due to a leg implant. After a full day of sightseeing, we returned to the hotel late, and he found that the shower wasn't working—only the bathtub, which he couldn't use due to his mobility issues. Attempts to contact reception were futile as the line was always busy. The next morning, we reported the problem, and the receptionist eventually provided us with an alternative room for showering and then moved us to a new room. While the new room had a working shower, the overall quality was noticeably inferior to our original room.

Reasonable but small things let it down .
No real view , water from taps bit slow . Nothing to look out to . Could have had better welcome biscuits then 2 small cheap walker round ones for the level of hotel represented .
