Dear Team at Hotel Nikko Osaka, Warm greetings from Kyoto. I had a fantastic time at your hotel although I had a fairly short stay as a rest stop on my day trip to Osaka. All of the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. A mention of commendation to Li who helped check me in seamlessly at the counter and provided a room with a grand view despite the last minute check in. Awful hotel service and average clientele. The hotel tried censoring my view because I specified just exactly what you should expect so I’ll be very vague. This hotel caters to the worst kind of tourists and you’ll never catch a break from it. The staffers are very immature and hire for looks rather than language skills.

Revisiting the hotel first time in 5 years past Covid-19, I can assure the values are here for ever regardless of the authentic brutalistic architecture from old days but the location and its amenities are still relevant in these days!
