Pay attention to the name. There are two hotels with very similar names. One has extention to the name Nagahorridori. Both are half a mile apart. We followed the google directions. Ended up at the wrong one. We were given a printed direction to go to the other hotel. Both are Hearton. So many mm ake this mistake of ending up at the other hotel, that they had printed direction readily available. Other this, hotel is good .Japanese sized room. Once you live at other places, you realize that this Osaka hotel wasn't bad

Absolutely amazing! Really cozy room. It is small, which is expected of Japan, but it felt like just enough space for my sister and I. Great value for money, and a nice quiet area within walking distance of namba (~20min to namba station). Our room had a really nice view of the street. It was a little stuffy in the room, but the air conditioning worked pretty well to stop that. The room was also impeccably clean, which was much appreciated. There’s a water refill station with an ice machine and vending machine on the second floor, so I’d suggest stocking up on some waters to put in your fridge so you don’t have to make the trip down when you’re thirsty. Only real complaint is that the main foyer smelled like cigarettes due to the door to the outdoor smoking area being inside. But that’s a pretty minor issue, and there weren’t any issues inside the actual room.

didnt realise how close it was to a supermarket and McDonalds, really useful. my only gripe was the breakfast buffet was a little repetitive and closed at 9:30, which as late risers meant we missed a few and ended up in McDonalds. its very close to a tube train terminal so very convenient. dont think i could have found a better located hotel, not too close to busy areas but close enough. only gripe and its a small one was a few times in the night it got a bit noisy outside with what sounded like a scene from the Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift and we were on the top floor, but it didnt last long and was able to sleep.

Hotel was a reasonably close walk to local lines and around a 15min walk to Dontonburi. There were many food options in the area as well as a 24/7 Aeon grocery store right next door which is great. Hotel was also along the street for high end luxury shopping if that’s your goal. My only complaint (as a non smoker) is that the smoking area is right beside the sliding door entrance so there is always a faint smell of smoke on your way in our out.

For the money, it wasn’t bad. My room was clean and a decent size, but by Japanese standards it’s below average. The biggest issue is that there’s a smoking area directly adjacent to the lobby, which means the entire lobby smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Which means that the cigarette smell also creeps into the elevators. The condition of the public areas - lobby, hallways, etc were also not the cleanest and worse for the wear. Overall my room was fine and the staff was kind, but just some things to know. Especially if you’re sensitive to smoke.
