The staff were super nice and the hotel accommodated me checking in a day late. The room was exactly as advertised and clean. Great access to subway stations. Downtown area but still quiet.

The room is small and the wifi sucked. I liked how there were plenty of restaurants nearby and the supermarket next door along with a family mart and McDonald’s for my son. We stayed for 2 days and the staff were mostly friendly.

Great value. The only problem is the air conditioning. It’s not cold enough even we turned it to the coldest at 21.5. It is only loud and winds blowing right into my face while I sleep. The direction of the AC air flow faces towards the bed. I have to cover my face or wear eye masks to fall asleep but cannot sacrifice the AC. The soda bed is not comfortable, it has the shape and creases of a sofa. Would prefer a topper to make it flat. However the size of the room and the price is reasonable.

The hotel is so close to a local shop where you can also drink and dine and heat your food. It’s also super close to Yotsubashi station and to others fun areas. The staff are friendly and kind. I guess the only downside is anyone can tailgate to any floor as long as someone taps a keycard. Unlike other hotels I’ve been to,where I needed to tap the card to get to the floor I was assigned to. Overall, I loved my stay here and will not hesitate to book here again in the future.

very good location, lots dining options around. AVON and McDonald just right next to door. housekeeping on daily bases, but they only make your bed, change your towels but not vacuum, I noticed the toothpick from pervious guest was there for the whole week for our stay. not on quiet street, but with the AC running in the room, you can't barely hear anything outside. Overall, good stay.

The only thing negative id like to say is that sometimes the lobby smells like an ash tray. Because of the designated smoking area near the lobby. Other than that everything is well and good

Good but not perfect
Good experience. Room a bit smaller than I expected but the bed is very comfy. Staff also very helpful and courteous. Location wise, The hotel is close proximity to a few stations, but I only found out only on the last few days. There is an underground shopping which lead directly to shinsaibashi station. Need to walk quite a distance to dotonbori though.. only thing I didn’t like is the room not being sound proof, can hear my neighbour loud noise every morning whenever they leave their room

Nice hotel, well placed next to Aeon 24h Supermarket and Subway station. Walking distance to Namba. The room was surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. And the staff were all very kind. The perfect place to stay for a few days in Osaka.
