Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants so there are lots of options to chose from. Parking on site has low clearance. Probably wont fit a truck or suv sized vehicle.

Was a pretty nice place, I didn’t spend much time in the hotel though. Close to food, coffee, and about a 5-10 minute walk up to the parliament buildings so a very good location. I saw other reviews talking about the parking, and it is for sure a very tight and small garage, tight getting into it, but I never had an issue finding an open space

I think a portion of this hotel is more renovated than others. This is my second stay at this hotel and I recall the room during my first stay to be more modern, clean, and newly renovated. That said my room during the most recent visit was still fine, it was spacious but the furniture and other details were a little worn out/older. I found the walls were quite thin, I could hear snoring from the adjacent room at night. The water pressure was not very good and the elevators were so slow. Not major issues, but just things I noticed. I did appreciate the two bottles of water for the guests. However besides this, the hospitality felt a little lacking, some more toiletries would’ve been nice, a lot of hotels nowadays don’t really leave anything for the guests anymore, which is a little disappointing. The location is great, though, right downtown so you can walk to all of the attractions if you were in the city for the touristy things. Would’ve been nice if continental breakfast was included. Staff were professional, quick, and friendly at the desk. Overall, not a bad experience, just wasn’t anything to write home about.
