I loved this hotel and its location. The staff were wonderful and their customer service excellent. My only request would to make booking and paying more flexible. Not everyone has/wants or can get a credit card. Its 2024 we need to do better with providing inclusiveness. Thanks.

I made an online reservation and when we arrived we were taken next door to the Fairmont by Marriott because the Hilton could not honour their reservation. I was told that the cost would be the same. The person at the front desk was upset by us being there an started to complain about the Hilton. It was 2 am we had a crying enfant and a 4 year old and had been on planes and in airports since 6am. Finally the person from the Hilton came over and straightened it out. Was not impressed with the way either hotel handled the situation.

We did room service and they brought it to us like a macdonald's take out in plastic containers. The portions were so small. They also don't tell you about the $75 pet fee. That is expensive.
