The molded caroet areas needs to be renovated. The carpets made me and my kids sick. We siffered our first night until we wrre relocated to another room the next day... meanwhile, we now need medical attention due to how sick we became from the nasty carpet in the room...

I liked that there was a kitchen and that it was in a good location to the downtown core. The room was not quiet, you could hear people in the hallway and doors slamming. Pool was nice when it wasn’t overcrowded.

We found the staff very friendly and accommodating! I needed a few things and they promptly brought them to our suite . I would gladly stay in this hotel again . Parking for big trucks none you have to find underground parking up the street . But other then that it was a great stay 😁

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us. The parking is limited so be aware you may have to find parking offsite. Not a fan of dragging luggage through a car park at the mall. There is a fair amount of homeless and mentally challenged across the street so there was some random yelling when walking by that was startling.

The room was great, we were upgraded to a suite which was huge. Staff were very pleasant Only complaint was that our room was next to the elevator, 1815, and you could hear it, some sort of baffling seems to be missing. All in all would recommend and would definitely stay here again
