A lot of the local landmarks are all walkable from the hotel. The parking garage was nice a little difficult to park in with a bigger vehicle but that is normal for parking garages.

Rooms are large and very comfortable. Area around the hotel can be busy and a little noisy, but convenient to shopping and the convention centre. I appreciated the underground parking lot. The bed a bit hard for my liking and the frame creaked a fair bit. The fridge also didn't keep items cold, but the freezer however was working overtime and could freeze a bottle of water in 30 minutes. Overall was happy with the stay and would consider staying again in the future.

I had never stayed at Les Suites previously, so this was my first time. I was impressed with the building and the room size. For the price, you will not get more space in this part of Ottawa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the parking was easy and safe. I had a great stay.

Overall a very good hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Needed some luggage racks for the room. Had to move the coffee table in the living room into the bedroom to hold luggage. Safe did not work due to a dead battery which was fixed the next morning. Suggest housekeeping checks safe and TV remote batteries when making up the room

I was only there one night. in the future, though, if I were you, I'd would warn anyone staying on the north side of the building on the weekend about the loud punk rock shows from the bar across the street. It didn't bother me but if I was trying to get kids to sleep between 9pm and midnight, it would.

The hotel is in a central location. The newly renovated room are good. However, in my party, there were those in the old room which are awful. One thing all of us experienced was that the internet service was not consistent. Some devices could connect, many could not. Staff could not provide a solution. They asked if we were on a VPN which all of us were not. They should fix their internet service provider.

Loved the hotel. However A couple issues I had was that I found parking was a bit expensive and also crowded. To be fair though parking costs money everywhere downtown, however I feel like it should be offered at a discount to hotel guests. It was almost $40 including taxes. The other thing is they closed over the hot tub and it’s just a wood deck. There is no functioning hot tub at this hotel and that’s a bit disappointing. Otherwise we had a great stay and loved the large modern spacious room with balcony
