This place went downhill since last time I have stayed here about 2 years ago. Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was No sheets, pillows or blankets for the pull out couch in the room. When we called for some, all they brought us was sheets and said there was no more blankets. Even the beds didn’t have fitted sheets. Probably the last time I stay here.

They ran out of space and demoted me to a much smaller room than i had paid for, and then refused to give me a refund for the extra cost i had paid for the deluxe room. I had also paid extra for a late checkout time, and I had to call twice in the morning to remind them of that because i had staff banging on my door well before the checkout time i had paid for. Property was very nice but those issues kindof ruined the experience.

Avons apprécié notre séjour exception faite de quelques détails tels que pas de manette pour opérer le téléviseur, eau qui ne s'écoule pas d'un des 2 éviers de la salle de toilette (problème avec le mécanisme de drainage), pas de menu du Bistro dans notre chambre contrairement à ce qu'on nous avait dit à la Réception enfin plutôt bruyant.....

I asked for a wake up call at 8:15 and I received it at 8:59… The alarm clock rang at 6:05 si I thought it was my wake up call. It was so cold in the room. The breakfast was very good
