The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. There was no option for filling up water bottles. The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels. We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

Room was clean, decent, and spacious. Towels and cleaning supplies are restocked daily. The hotel/casino area is more catered to a "western" audience, and there is A LOT more smoke than other hotels. Just be warned

Room had maintenance man inside when we entered he shut door on my face and I thought we had wrong room. He was replacing the toilet and refused to answer how long. I went down stairs they changed my room and were unaware staff were in my room. The new room the toilet seat was broken and every time we showered the bathroom flooded. The next day the room temperature never went below 75. Our stay was constantly interrupted by staff making repairs. The smell of cigarette smoke even in room areas was over whelming. The check in/ out staff were not friendly at all. I was informed a manger would reach out to me however this has still yet to happen and it’s been 3 days. Would not recommend.

your housekeeping was five star. though the rooms/hotel is very outdated and needs some repairs our room was kept very clean. we were told there would be a coffee pot in our room. there was not. major disappointment. Biggest complaint… i felt very discriminated against as a female. i made the reservations. i booked it. i paid for it. they put it in my husbands as the primary guest and would not let me check us in. i was the one going to pay for it on my card. this was a huge and expensive inconvenience for us. i am not happy. this should not happen. we were both guest. it should not matter who is paying. we are both listed. this is discrimination.

the maid service and cleanliness of room was five star. the carpet in the hallways are dangerous and outdated. they were buckled. someone could seriously trip. when booking the room it said it came with a coffee pot. it did not. big deal for us. Choice of eating establishments very limited compared to other hotels. we’ve been coming to Vegas for 20 years. stayed at many hotels on strip. this will be our only stay here. again though. maid service. five star.
