The room was spacious and nice condition. Housekeeping was terrific. But when I checked in I was directed by hotel person to use the self-service checkin kiosk and it was confusing. I had reserved a standard classic room but somehow an upgrade for a room with a view appeared on my hotel bill and it had an unexpected charge for an extra $6 plus tax each day. The view wasn't that great and I didn't ask for it when I made my reservation weeks before arrival. It was somehow added when I went thru the confusing checkin kiosk process. Also the walk to the pool is quite a ways from the Resort Tower where my room was. So after the first trip to the pool I didn't go again. It's a great pool, just too far of a walk for a senior. Also the parking garage is shared with the Paris resort next door and it takes a lot of walking to get to your car and then drive out thru the Paris driveway. Not sure I'd stay here again, mixed feelings about the great location and nice room, but some negatives that I had to deal with.
