The rooms are all outdated. The lamp wasn't working. We asked to change rooms due to view of a brick wall outside window. We were told to come back at different times to request a change. It felt like maybe they would do it when it was convenient for them. Not customer centric! No plugs with charging capabilities for phones and tablets. This really is a very outdated hotel, but the price was excellent, so we aren't complaining too much. No coffee maker in room either???

I love the vibes and a lot of options food wise. But hopefully have more water bottles around. I was playing and ask for water it didnt come 30 mins later. But me and my wife still had a great time! It was actually our 9th Anniversary. Thank you Excalibur!

The hotel room was outdated NO REFRIGERATOR NO COFFEE MAKER NO MICROWAVE NO CABLE TV (basic channels) NO SMART TV (basic TV & basic remote) this was down fall for us thats why I gave 3 stars.. The food court closes at 7p only a few stays opened pass 8p.. NO DISCOUNTS was given to guests for any of the events being held at the hotel for ezampke the Medieval restaurant, Thunder down under etc

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, even though our view out the window was a wall. The first morning, after I got in the shower, it clogged, but maintenance did come within an hour to unclog it, then the tv system went off and didn’t have tv for 2 days before check out, so our stay could have been better.

Our room had a thick layer of dust on the back of the bed and wall behind bed. Wiped everything down myself. Vent in bathroom caked with dust. It was a nightmare for my allergies. Cable didn’t work for the first two days.
