First room i checked into smelt like mold/mildew so strong i could not sleep in the room. Front desk could not change my rooms given the time of day and claiming they were sold out. They sprayed the room though that only made the room smell like someone spilt a bottle of perfum in the room. The in house services did change my room in the morning although i had no option for discount/refund for the night unless i checked out and cancelled the entire reservation and was bot confirmed i would get a refund from expedia. Hotel did not offer a coffee machine/pot in any of the rooms and we got no housekeeping service during the entire stay (no clean up, no fresh towels, garbage, ect). When i called housekeeping for missing shampoo and hand soap and towels i was told service needed to be requested. I then called later to request they pick up wet towels and the ly never showed up. Overall, not a great experience for the price.

My room was not ready despite checking in at 8pm. I was not given the room i booked and paid for. If the room was even cleaned at all, a very poor attempt was made. There was hair all over the bathroom from the previous guest. The fridge had items still in it from the previous guest. I had to clean the washroom myself to make it tolerable and the bath/shower was gross and leaking.The lights were burnt out, the lamps were broken.

Location great. Property needs some TLC. Room was not what we booked. Upgraded which was nice but gave us a room that smelled of smoke. After calling the guest srvices...Was given a bit of a run around. However after visiting the front desk the managers made things right and gave me a room i had wanted. Thank you for making my 50th birthday!! Had so much fun.

I booked an "updated room". Bathroom missing 2 dispensers, sink faucets spun around and leaking, shower floor extremely slick. We paid an extra $20 for early check in. The room wasn't clean. The floors needed swept, hair in the shower, tissues out. The digital check in did not work at all and check out kiosks were out of order. Had I known all of this, I would have booked elsewhere. On the good side of the stay - great location.

I absolutely hated the elevator system, the cards hardly wanted to work. Being centrally located on the strip is nice but I would choose other hotels from now on if I wanted to stay on the strip.
