The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less. The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Overall good experience, floors/carpets in rooms aren’t the cleanest as my nephew was playing around his feet would be covered in dirt from the first day. Poor customer service when an issue occurred with swipe cards not being able to get into the room. Staff member Izzy at the front desk was extremely rude and refused to help, that interaction turned a good experience into a VERY frustrating one.

Third time staying here, felt like it was the worst. When we checked in, the employee was rude, seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Felt like most staff and bartenders, dealers were very rude with no personality or charisma. Jay at the bar by the tables was awesome. Might be looking elsewhere next time.
