We had an incident where our son's shoe got stuck in the escalator. Trent Crawl in the Security Dept was critical to helping make sure that everyone was safe and the shoe was returned. He made sure that we were well taken care of. Thanks Trent! You reflect well on Luxor!

Your check in system at registration, the computers kept denying my credit cards which made for a rough check in. I finally had to pay cash for the room credit card for the deposit. I was able to use my credit card everywhere else for the stay and I have plenty amount of credit available..

Hotel needs to be 'refreshed' - rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, armoire doors didn't close, no fridge in room, water stains on ceiling, bathroom had no fan and door was warped and peeling. Even the elevator - inside and out - was peeling. Stayed here years ago and was disappointed how much it had gone down hill.
