Had to pay for parking even when I stayed at the hotel, asked to a receptionist and she said that I needed to ay ay the parking kiosk machine

Our room had wet carpet , looked like a plumbing leak from room above. called 3 times , was told 20 minutes , 3 hours later service came. no help. we didn't want to deal with it so just put a towel over it . Front desk manager fernando was great and helped with a small bill deduction but his kindness and understanding was what made the difference. the hotel is on the older side but was a nice stay

One of the best hotel several time before, at this trip, A/c was not working, water shut down, no oven, no coffee maker, smoke smell was terrible inside casino compare to other casino's in the strip. This place was not like this many times I lived here. Next time I have to rethink about this hotel.

This was the worst place to stay and one of the most disgusting people; while they may argue it is due to constant construction but the staff did not attend to their customers for basic needs such as missing working phone in the room, missing essential toiletries etc. We never go back to this place again.
