Everything costs extra, to use resort facilities which I said I wasn’t going to and still charged, to use the fridge in your own room extra… really poor

It was very convenient, everything that we needed was on site. The property was immense. What we didn’t like was the meal cost. Be prepared to spend several hundred dollars a day if you are eating on site. A simple breakfast of bacon and eggs was at least $30-$35 per person in the ordinary cafe. It was 6.50 a cup for a simple generic coffee and our total breakfast for two people was over $100. Not a good value at all. On the other hand, we had some fabulous meals at the restaurants in the location -in particular Emeril’s New Orleans fish house. That was definitely worth the investment- a meal of a lifetime, and we were treated like royalty for our anniversary dinner. It would be good to have some simple budget breakfast and lunch choices , we don’t want to dine out for every meal. I guess the food court is for that. We LOVED the pool facilities and spent two days there. The lazy river was fantastic. Staff were always pleasant, helpful and easy to find. The facilities were clean, up to date and lovely. We plan to return.

Our next door neighbors were extremely loud until about 4am. There was a little bit of trash left on floor when we first got into our room. No big deal. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Let me start with the guys working the cabs/valet were amazing. Front desk was gracious with helping us through our experience and the maintenance man who fixed the A/C was wonderful. All that aside, it's disappointing to pay a premium for a room that was not clean nor working properly. We stayed here years ago and were disappointed, friends convinced us to try again and unfortunately we will not be trying this hotel a third time. Great place to gamble and staff is super friendly.

I liked to location of the property. My only compliant was that the pool area closes so early (5pm for the lazy river and 6pm for the reg. pool) regardless of the weather. Im sure its because they prefer people to be inside gambling/eating and drinking. Since I dont gamble and day drink I found this to be an inconvenience. The resort itself is very nice and good choice of restaurants and food---2 Starbucks even! Bring your walking shoes! Youll get your steps in for sure.

The housekeeping service was very poor and no one checked room for trash or towels or to restock toilet paper we had to ask . Also we had to pay a daily fee for a refrigerator that usually is pretty standard , the staff would come to check the liquor bar daily but not service room it was just a poor experience.
