Very deceiving booking. I made a booking for the Mandalay Bay and found out at check in that we were staying at the W next door. Never spoke or saw another staff member after that. Rooms were cleaned but our clothes were thrown on the floor and supplies in the bathroom such as body wash were not refilled. Not the amazing stay we thought it would be.

We had a blast!! Superb hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us in was EXTRAORDINARY!! Two things to tighten up we were told complimentary breakfast was included that seems to be an Expedia issue not Mandalay and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub open but will be back to experience the ones closed for the season. Mandalay should consider making/offering a no smoking floor. Otherwise fantastic experience and time!!

We had the worst check in experience with the worst customer service. The woman who checked us in was not friendly, got irritated with us when we requested a connecting room for our 2 room bookings and was annoyed when we asked if we could receive room keys and wait to enter the rooms until we received a text stating the rooms were cleaned to avoid waiting in the 30 minute line to check in since our rooms weren’t ready. She went into the back and then came back out and spoke to one of her coworkers, pointed at us and was visibly annoyed. She came back, slammed the room keys down in front of us, asked me if we were satisfied and when i said thank you, she walked away without acknowledging my thank you. We entered the room and it wasn’t ready. Overall a really awful customer service experience.

Room wasn’t cleaned the entire time. The wall plate fell off under tv almost broke my foot. Every time I tried to call i was disconnected. A lady dropped her suitcase on the escalator and almost took me out. Had my husband not yelled it would have been really bad, instead I have a spang wrist from trying to keep bag from knocking me down.

We were attending bowl game at Raiders Stadium so great location for this. Overall good stay. Wait at restaurants often long. Do not enjoy the mini bar situation and $60 charge to store anything in fridge. We were able to check in early and check out was easy at a kiosk. Definitely a long walk to rest of strip but also used the tram. Overall good stay. Would probably choose again if similar need to be close to stadium but otherwise would probably stay more central of strip.

We had to pay for parking. No complimentary coffee. No fridge if you wanted to use the fridge it was $50 per day. Everything in the hotel was expensive. Had no water for about an hour. Our stay all in all was very disappointing. Will never go back to Vegas again unless I’m a millionaire. Especially the Mandalay Pay. Yes not Bay but Pay! Every time I looked around I was paying.

We stayed one night and a SWAT team broke into our room at midnight scaring us to death. They then said “Opps, wrong room!” I have had major PTSD since staying in hotel rooms. Upon checkout, they offered us no apology or compensation. I might have to file a claim against them.
