First room had connecting suite door; at 4:30am the guy in the next room decided to start some kind of conference call and it sounded like he was next to my bed. Staff moved me to room with no suite door without any issues even though the hotel was almost fully booked. Don't stay in a room with a suite door unless you have the suite. The ice machine on the new floor had a non-functional ice machine for the duration of my stay. Staff were accommodating and professional, premises were spotless. Beware of the sensor-trapped minibar and snack tray. If you have kids with you be prepared for a possibly massive snack/minibar bill.

Nothing about my stay there would make me return.Tried to check in early as we had been up since 3 am est. You could but they demanded a $40.00 fee. We passed. Only made our beds and clean towels 2 out of the 5 days we stayed there. Tried to utilize the concierge to acquire tickets for the Eagles show at the Sphere, he couldn’t even access their ticket agent. Acquired them on my own. Ate breakfast at the Seabreeze Cafe twice, food was as bad as a buffet style.Cold and bad. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired as there was used butter lids on the floor, a fork on the floor under our table and a piece of cucumber. Staff apparently couldn’t care less. There were dishes left on the floor in the hallway to our room for days. Needless to say, our experience started on a bad foot and only spiralled down even further. You can get customer service but you have to pay above and beyond what you have already spent. I will not be returning as this place couldn’t even meet minimum expectations.

When you go to Vegas people can be rowdy and getting a good sleep after a lot of fun can be hard if the rooms are well sealed. I usually bring ear plugs, but didn't need them this trip. The room was so quiet and I slept great! Also helped that the beds were super comfy as well as the pillows. Entertainment in the hotel was plentiful and facilities were clean and modern. We had a good time. And the tram ends/starts at Mandalay Bay which was nice to give our feet a little rest.

The room was spacious and loved 2 sinks in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. I didn't like, no free coffee in room. Nickled and dimed for everything.
