On check in, clicked on daily room clean. Not once was it cleaned in 4 nights. On NY Eve mentioned to the room security check officer who said she would pass that on. Still not cleaned. Found a housemaid outside our room cleaning the room next door and asked her for toilet paper, towels, shampoo and conditioner and advised her as we were leaving the next day not to bother making the bed. She was rude and reluctant to give us supplies. Last day at 5am shower was cold. Great room, great check in and out but no room cleaned throughout 4 day stay

Nice room and the view was amazing! Beds were super comfortable and it was close to a lot of restaurants, bars and casinos. Only thing that would have been nice is if there were a refrigerator in our room and if the hot tubs were open.

No one to assist you with check i unless you ho in the long queue to talk to someone to ask questions. No tea or coffe in room. They are after every penny i am suprised they dont charge for toilet paper. Good experiece but so very expensive.

The lobby is amazing and beautiful! The casino is clean, but there’s a long wait to find cocktail waitresses. For what you pay for the room you would think they would provide a coffee maker and complimentary coffee but they don’t. You have to go downstairs to the cafe bar and the wait is beyond ridiculous, plus it’s $7.99 for a small house blend. I fell the slots could be upgraded a little. The cash machines were constantly out of order and several of them were like that. Overall I would rate it a 6/10. The best things about it is the gorgeous decor and lobby and the free drinks! The free drinks are plentiful and made well!

Mid-stip. Clean. Online check-in didn’t work but they have a couple of kiosks to check-in instead of going through the check-in line.

Definitely not the Paris of old. The hotel needs a major revamp. It is showing its age, especially in the rooms.

Fantastic hotel. Quiet at night. Tons of stuff to do within walking distance. Monorail in the back if you need to get anywhere else on the strip.
