Went there to celebrate my SIL birthday and my pocket book and wallet was stolen from the room while we slept on our very first night. Left my purse and wallet on the ottoman beside and bed instead of locking it in the safe and someone came into our room while we were sleeping and stole my purse. It was found by security the next morning in another hallway on another floor. Cash, credit/ debit cards and ID stolen. Fraudulent activity on my cards the very next day. Luckily I caught it early and was able to shut all the cards down. The only person to help at the hotel was the security guard (Reed), at no point did management ever show their face, offer an apology or offer ANYTHING complimentary. I Had to demand another room. While reporting our theft another guest was reporting theft in his room too, cash and jewelry while he mom slept. It appears this is an inside job where someone has access to the rooms and it’s been going on for years, read the reviews people leave here and look up the 2023 news report about the theft at this hotel. las Vegas PD wasn’t much assistance either , waited 4 hrs for someone to show up and they never did. I had to leave the hotel and spend time with my family/ friends. Risk management from the hotel has yet to call me regarding this incident that occurred on 9/14. I do not recommend this hotel, it’s is not safe. I am thankful I did not wake up to this intruder and who knows if they were armed.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon and we loved the casino, the hotel staff and location. The main reason I couldn’t do five stars is because we had several electrical issues while there. We had to have our mini fridge replaced, our door lock was replaced and after coming all the way up had to go all the way back down, we had troubles getting our key to work at the main gate and had to get a new card just for the gate. I had a few trips to the front desk but the staff was always helpful and polite. They are working on upgrades which is a good thing for the amount of people coming through.

Paris is a very nice hotel! The room we stayed in was basic but the resort itself very pretty! Convenient location, lots of food places around/CVS right around the corner. The pool is tiny, but pretty. Overall great 😃

Booked Paris and got Horseshoe
Worst stay of my 7th trips in Vegas. Only three cashiers to check-in 100x people. Took 1.5hrs to get our key. Weve booked the Paris but were placed in the Horseshoe in the back. Room had no fridge, bathrobe, coffee machine, soap tray in the shower. One day our room was not cleaned and had to walk to floor to find towels. Ill never stay again in a Caesar establishment

To be fair, this was a work trip. I only gave three stars because since it was a work trip, my time was valuable. I checked in on line (first check in) but when I went to the mobile check in, I needed to do everything again (2nd check in) my room was not ready despite being past the standard check in time. A couple hours later I received an email my room was ready. Went to the self check kiosks and none worked, which put my into the 40 minute long check in line for my third check in. Unfortunately I had purchased supper to take back to my room, so got to enjoy a completely cold supper. Oh yeah...and a call after I was asleep to tell my they were sorry (I get it, but I could have done without a wakeup call when I just went to bed). Check out was the reverse...self check out was disabled, and I was stuck in the queue to escape what should have been a simple key drop (and never did get a receipt). Everything else was perfectly fine but the desk experience was awful.
