STAFF WAS RUDE AND CHECKING IN WAS A NIGHTMARE , FROM FRONT DESK LINE A MILE LONG, THEN SENT TO KIOSK, THEN BACK TO FRONT DESK!! AFTER A LONG TRIP GET TO THE HOTEL YOU OVERPAID AND STILL WAIT 30-45 MINUTES TO CHECK IN ? LUGGING AROUND LUGGAGE??? ROOM IS SIMPLE, AIR NOISY, JUST NOT AT ALL WORTH THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES! Todo bien como sienpre solo que en esta ocasion. Ala hora de salir para tomar el elevadores casi una hora esperando cuando de repentenos dijeron que solo funcionaba un solo elevador y si mi check out tardísimo nos tuvieron que ayudar con los ele adores de emergencia.

Complicated route from garage to guest room. Very inconvenient to take a lift to 3rd floor then take a long hallway to guest elevator. No coffee or tea for rooms.

Got a suite and what a disaster. AC worked but barley blew anything out to cool that size of a room, sinks non stop drip, first toilet non stop running, shower backed up, and USB ports on the night stands did not work. If this is a suite then I would be worried to see a normal room. Last time I stay here all they did was take off one day of resort fee.

Too much noise on the rooms no security around to check on other room behaviors. Elevator wasn’t working was frustrating getting in and out.
