overall, it is good. We got free upgrade to a suite with strip view (no fountain and sphere view) which is nice. the room service could be better. The first night, we asked for additional blanket, and were told need one hour (due to the holiday season). So we decided to cancel the request (already 12:30am). The second night, we asked it again at around 10pm. It took more than one hour to get it. The beverage credit is only applicable for some assigned restaurants. The front desk staffs gave us different instruction on which restaurants are applicable and which one are not. It could be better communicated.

Cosmo is the best hotel on The Strip IMHO. A little pricey but splurge on a room with a balcony and fountain view, you won't be disappointed unless you're a miserable person in general in which case you will find something to be disappointed about anyway, so you might as well book a room at Circus Circus instead.

The place is magical and spectacular. The housekeeping service is impeccable. However, it’s basically a system without human interaction; none of the staff are friendly, and no one attends to you or talks to you throughout your stay. They don’t even offer a simple “good morning” when you check in. In fact, I suggest that The Cosmopolitan Hotel implement AI customer service overall—it feels more human to talk to a robot than to wait for the staff at The Cosmopolitan to greet you.

I do believe the lighting in the rooms could be better. Rooms are really dark. Also, a/c wasn’t the best.

I stayed at the Cosmo in December 2024. My wallet was stolen at a bar nearby. Everything was in my wallet. My ID, my credit cards, and my room key. When I went to check back in to the hotel room they would not let me in. Security was not willing to help me at all. The front desk workers did not try to help me at all. They told me that there was nothing they could do to help me. It was a terrible experience. They told me to leave. I couldn’t believe how much they truly did not care to help me. I was kind and polite, and it did not matter. I had the my room rented. Everything I had was in my room. It was not my fault I was pick-pocketed and my wallet was stolen. It was unbelievable that they weren’t even willing to look at the video of when I checked in. No one there cared. They wanted to throw me out in the streets. The worst part is I was drinking and having a good time and was in no state to reason. They were incredibly abusive to me in that state. I called my Dad, and they refused to speak with him. When I put him on speakerphone and he swore to call the police and that a police officer would care, and find a resolution, the person working the desk finally called a manager. Once a manager got involved I was finally let into my room. I can’t describe horrible this experience was.
