We were just travelling through so didn’t know the area. The hotel itself was great, clean, room was cozy, staff were fabulous! Went out for a walk to stretch the legs after a days driving and it really is a sad and unsafe area. I wouldn’t recommend going out alone. Felt like an ‘east side’ with so many addicts in zombie states and on the ground, and all in groups. Drive to go and pick things up or order into hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff. The hotel didn’t have the room type we booked so ended up with a rollaway bed for one guest. This was disappointing as it was our longest stay on our trip. Area was a little rough and made walking to nearby restaurants uncomfortable.

The card reader from the LL garage was not working. We weren’t told that until the 3rd set of keys! Then they said ongoing problem, they’d report it. The next morning, mentioning it at the front desk - shocked the staff. No prior evening issues reported .

Parking was up a ramp, and then no way to get into the hotel except for sets of stairs in an emergency exit stairwell, or to walk down the ramp which had no safe area for walking.

I thought the stairwell going to the second floor (from the outside level) was filthy, and the hall way on the 6th floor wasn't much better. The actual room I stayed in was clean, I actually wanted to treat myself to a spa but the business was closed (Saturday) and you have to phone them to make an appointment ahead of time. The advertisement said that parking was secure, anyone/everyone had access to the underground parking, there wasn't anything secure about it except that there was a camera, signs stated you park at your own risk, I think that was misadvertised .... especially with so many street people walking around at all times.

Pros: The bidet was a great feature in the toilet - the toiletries were of good quality - the bed was comfortable - WiFi was quite fast - check in by Jaskaran was smooth - room service was prompt. Cons: The AC was not working properly, they gave us 2 fans. There was a big spider in the room as soon as we entered. Cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel was nice. We had the junior suite with a balcony. However there was not one stick of furniture whatsoever on the balcony - how is one supposed to enjoy the balcony without even a chair to sit on out there? The room was nicely appointed and spacious, and the bathroom was spacious... But the bidet toilet itself was VERY off-putting. Every time you sat on it it started making electronic noises... Very strange and a little bit troubling. I'm not sure I would stay here again, based especially on the toilet, and also the balcony which was really not usable at all.
