Property is beautiful as well as pools and beaches. More staff needed to serve drinks. Lost power multiple times in room due to issue with electrical panel. Had a non working phone.

We had a great time during our visit. The food at the tempest was our favourite. The beaches were beautiful, waterpark was fun and workers were always very happy. Elvin was a great activity organizer and always greated us with so much energy! We had Melvin as a waiter at the buffet and he was very helpful! All in all, we would come back.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff assigned to our room Christopher was amazing. Kids enjoyed water slides, pool, beach, restaurants. Service was great. Blind butcher - was the icing on top. We will return!
